 Shipping/Returns

Shipping

  • We keep all our smokeless electronic cigarette products in stock and ready to ship from Carlsbad, Ca. 
  • Most orders will ship within 7 business hours and are sent out via the United States Postal Service. 
  • Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the USPS website at www.usps.com. You will be emailed a confirmation that your ordered has shipped along with the tracking number. You can also log into your account on our website and see the tracking number.
  • Orders placed after 3 pm Pacific Standard time will sometimes be shipped the following day. We ship orders Monday through Saturday excluding holidays. Orders placed late Saturday and Sunday will be sent out on Monday.   
  • We now ship worldwide. Please see below for shipping costs.

U.S. Shipping Costs per order

                •  $5.00 for Ground Shipping (usually 3-6 days)
                •  $10.95 for Priority Shipping (usually 1-3 days)
                •  $29.95 for Overnight Shipping (Must be placed   before 3pm PST to be shipped same day. Sometimes USPS does not guarantee same day shipping to some locations and we have no control over that)

 


International Shipping Costs per order:

                • $13.95 for Regular Shipping 1-2 week delivery)  Tracking is not available for this shipping option, so the customer takes responsibility for shipment.
                • $22.95 for International Express Mail (5-7 days)  Tracking is available and can be tracked as long as the destination country updates the shipment status **
                  **Some countries may hold shipments in customs for a certain amount of time and may charge customs fees and you will be responsible.


E-CIGARETTE WARRANTY & RETURNS

  We have the best quality products and the most amazing customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied and successful with our Vapor Ultra Smokeless Cigarette. We stand behind our products and are here to support you on your new path to vaping. If we make an error in your order we will correct it immediately. If your shipment is damaged by the Postal Service, please file a claim with your local office. Then give us a call so we can send you any parts that may have been damaged.


Defective Products

  For products that just don’t seem to work the way they should or are defective, we will gladly replace them free of charge or offer you a store credit. If you think your Vapor Ultra electronic cigarette is not working the way it was designed, please call our Customer Service team to help troubleshoot the issue that you are having and help you decide if it is defective.

30 Day Guarantee

  Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. But, if you have the electronic cigarette, we would like you to give it a chance. Our e-cig is the closest product available to the real thing, but there is still some getting used to it. Getting the right flavor and nicotine level you are used to is key in being success with the switch to electronic cigarettes. We are very confident that with our help and your cooperation, we can make your transition to the e-cig a success. If after 30 days of using the Vapor Ultra smokeless cigarette and communicating with our customer service team, if you still feel unsatisfied with our product we may issue you a refund or store credit but will add a 20% restocking fee.

Lifetime Warranty on E-Cigarette Batteries

  Our lithium ion electronic cigarette batteries come with a Lifetime Warranty, not your lifetime, but the life of the battery. Our batteries are designed to last up to 300 charges if properly used and maintained.  

Proper use and maintenance of Vapor Ultra batteries are:

  • Using the battery exclusively with Vapor Ultra parts    
  • Properly storing and transporting the e-cigarette battery in a protective case and not letting it come in contact with metal objects, heat, extreme cold and condensation
  • Not dropping or rough housing with the battery
  • Only re-charging the battery once the charge has completely drained
  •  Maintaining a clean connection point
  •  Avoid getting any debris or e-liquid inside the battery 
  • If you have followed the above guidelines and the battery has not lasted its 300 charges, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will replace it free of charge.

Warranty on Other Parts

  Because of strict health regulations, opened cartridges, cartomizers, or e-liquid - e-juice cannot be returned unless they are defective. For all other items, please contact our Customer Service team and they can help you determine if a part is under warranty.

Returns Procedure

If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions.

  • Login into your account,
  • View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
  • Click the Return Item(s) button. 

  We'll notify you via phone or e-mail to discuss your return. Any returns need to be approved by our Customer Service team. Returns received without approval will not be issued a refund or credit. 

  Returns must be sent with your name and order number to the address below via the USPS First Class Mail with the USPS Delivery Confirmation tracking number. Once you call our Customer Service Team with the tracking number, we will issue the replacement part, refund, or store credit. Once we receive the part, we will then issue a replacement, refund or store credit. ★ If for some reason you "refuse" the shipment of your order, you will not recieve a refund for your shipping cost.
